First Aid in the Workplace (CSST)
Comprehensive First Aid and CPR techniques taught in an interactive environment, for those who need CPR and First Aid for the work environment. The course covers CPR level A (for adults), as well as helping those who are choking, airway and breathing emergencies, and prevention of disease transmission. This course is required and subsidized by the Commission de la santé et de la sécurité au travail du Québec.
Emergency First Aid
Simple First Aid and CPR techniques taught in an interactive environment, for those who want an overview of CPR and First Aid for the home or work environment. The course covers CPR level A (for adults), as well as helping those who are choking, airway and breathing emergencies, and prevention of disease transmission.
Standard First Aid
Comprehensive First Aid and CPR techniques taught in an interactive environment, for those who want more knowledge of CPR and First Aid for the home or workplace. The course covers CPR level A or C, as well as helping those who are choking, airway and breathing emergencies, sudden medical conditions and injuries.
Marine Basic First Aid

This course meets the requirements of Transport Canada Training Program Standards in Marine First Aid (TP 13008E) as specified in STCW VI/4-1.
This course provides an overview of First Aid and CPR techniques for use in the marine/fishing industry. The course covers the skills necessary to respond to cardiovascular emergencies for all age groups (CPR level C) as well as choking, airway and breathing emergencies, sudden medical conditions and injuries.

W.H.M.I.S.
WHMIS, short form for Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System, is a nationwide system that was developed to provide a standardized classification system for the control, safe handling, storage, and disposal procedures of hazardous materials in the workplace.
The primary objective for the online WHMIS course is to provide course participants with the skills necessary to access and apply the information needed to protect their health and safety while working with WHMIS controlled products. The course meets the legislated worker training requirements for all Federal and Provincial workplaces in all provinces and territories.
